Yoga or Fitness experience recommended but not required - High Intensity Power Vinyasa Flow class with fitness elements to include core work, strength building, stability practices, and increase flexibility.
Get Your Mind Right
Breathwork, Gentle Yoga and Qi Qong Meditation - This class will use multiple techniques and modalities to clear stagnant energy, move the body and restore calm to the mind.
Stretch Your Body
Yin Yoga class consisting of mostly floor poses that are held longer to give the muscles time to sink into poses, build flexibility and allow for deep stretching and muscle recovery.
Movement and Meditation
Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yoga Nidra Meditation class to build strength, relax and visualize with meditation.
Unwind & Chill
R&B and Jazz sounds to Slow and Creative Vinyasa flow classes adding specialized music elements for an overall chill vibe.
